Needs urgently invest in wifi and room tv’s !!
You pay what you get , dont expect too much. The hotel management needs urgently an invester. Not much in my view , to invest in new tv’s , wifi in all rooms , secure elevators , automatic closing parking system , better breakfast... With a refresh the hotel can be a success story.
Small tv s , NO or very poor wifi in rooms !! Elevators sucks

I liked the beds.
I liked the beds. They were very comfortable and I had a very good night's sleep.
The walls need painting and the carpet needs changing. The room could definitely be more welcoming if those changes were considered for future improvements.

Not worth the price, but friendly staff.
Friendly staff and free parking
No remote for the AC, no hairdryer as stated in the description. Kitchen did not have a refrigerator, microwave, or any utensils, etc. The description did not match what we got. The floors left black on our feet and the walls were marked up.

Awesome service!
We stayed at Los Nogales for 12 days because of a course in a nearby hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The staff, from the people in reception to those in the kitchen, were very helpful and nice. They provided us with the cutlery and kitchenware we needed for our stay and helped us with any need we had. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The kitchen also works during the day so you can have lunch or dinner there or take it up to your room, all for a low price. Food was always delicious and they even prepared special dishes for us since we are vegetarian. It was especially nice since we didn't even have to leave the hotel to eat after a long and tiring day. Location is excellent as well. You are just a few blocks away from the biggest mall in Santiago and Providencia is a beautiful neighbourhood with many restaurant choices. Will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Santiago!
Wifi could have been better. It was only available in the hotel's public spaces (lobby, dining rom, halls) and not in the rooms.
